Scriptly AI is operated by Boby AI Yazılım A.Ş., located at Levazım Mah. Villa 7 No:1/D, Beşiktaş 34340 İstanbul, Türkiye. Web payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). When you buy a subscription on our website, Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and refunds on our behalf.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any charge — your first payment or a renewal. It is no-questions-asked: we apply no exceptions, no deductions, and no usage reviews. You receive 100% of what you paid back.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at boby@boby.ai with the email address used for the purchase and your order or receipt number. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

4. Subscription renewals & cancellation

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel at any time — email us at boby@boby.ai or use the link in your purchase confirmation email. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. The 14-day money-back guarantee in section 2 applies to renewal charges too.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.

6. Purchases through app stores

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play instead of our website, those purchases are governed by the respective store's refund policy, and refund requests must be made directly to Apple or Google.
