1. Who we are

Scriptly AI is owned and operated by Boby AI Yazılım A.Ş. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), located at Levazım Mah. Villa 7 No:1/D, Beşiktaş 34340 İstanbul, Türkiye. You can reach us at boby@boby.ai. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Scriptly AI is an AI-powered filmmaking tool that helps you generate characters, storyboards, and short films from text prompts and reference images, and share them via a link. The Service is available on the web and as mobile apps for iOS and Android. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions, credits & billing

Scriptly AI offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription billed monthly or yearly. Pro includes recurring generation credits and premium features as described on our Pricing page.

Subscriptions purchased on our website are sold and processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles payment, billing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and refunds for web purchases on our behalf, and your web purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by, and subject to the terms of, the respective store.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time by emailing boby@boby.ai or using the link in your purchase confirmation. You retain access until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

After cancellation, your subscription does not renew and no further charges are made. Your account and generated content are handled as described in our Privacy Policy; you can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates the rights of others;
• Generate or distribute content depicting real individuals without their consent, or impersonate others in a deceptive or harmful way;
• Reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts, images, and other materials you provide ("Input"), and, subject to these Terms and your active plan, of the films and media you generate ("Output"). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any Input you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your Input and Output as needed to operate and provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Boby AI Yazılım A.Ş. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected, and you are responsible for reviewing it before use. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boby AI Yazılım A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Mobile app stores

If you download Scriptly AI from the Apple App Store, your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where that EULA and these Terms conflict for the iOS app, the stricter consumer protection applies.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
